Q10 separates the public buyer guide from the actual deliverable. A buyer guide explains what a product is and helps you decide whether it fits. The deliverable may be a ZIP, workbook, template, code package, harness, PDF set, training session, review, diagnostic or pilot.
A direct Buy / Download action should only appear after the specific product's delivery path has been verified. If delivery is not verified, the product remains visible for learning and comparison but uses a request or review path instead.
Free does not automatically mean that every file-delivery path has been verified. The product page should show the current access path and available public guide.
These are scoped with a person before work begins because the outcome, evidence access, authority, constraints and success criteria can differ by customer.
