These Terms of Service govern use of the Q10AI store, website, digital products, downloadable files, templates, software artifacts, guides, evaluations, research materials, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or purchasing from Q10AI, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific terms shown on the applicable product page or included with the product.
Q10AI offers digital decision tools, templates, assurance artifacts, technical guides, software-related materials, research, diagnostics, evaluations, and other digital products. Product pages describe the current release state, intended use, evidence level, known limits, delivery state, and any remaining gates.
Q10AI products are tools and reference materials. They do not replace human judgment, professional advice, independent validation, certification, regulatory approval, or production authorization unless a product explicitly states otherwise. Users remain responsible for decisions, deployment, compliance, testing, security, safety, and appropriate human oversight.
Unless a product page or included license states otherwise, a purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the digital product for personal use or internal organizational use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly republish, sublicense, or claim authorship of Q10AI materials except where the applicable product license expressly permits it.
Digital products may be revised as research, evidence, standards, dependencies, or Q10AI controls change. A newer version may replace an earlier version. The current product page, version identifier, evidence state, and release notes govern the current status of a product.
Examples, simulations, tests, benchmarks, reference scenarios, and demonstrations are provided for evaluation and education. Simulation or local test results are not automatically field evidence, independent assurance, certification, or a guarantee of future results. You are responsible for validating a product in your own intended environment before consequential use.
You may not use the Services to violate law, infringe rights, bypass safety controls, misrepresent evidence or certification, conceal material risk, or use a Q10AI product in a manner that contradicts an explicit product boundary or release restriction.
Prices and commercial modes are shown on the relevant product page. Some products are free, some are paid downloads, and some require a review, estimate, pilot, or request before delivery. A paid listing is not a promise of immediate automated delivery unless the product is marked as delivery verified.
Refunds are governed by the Q10AI Digital Product Refund Policy and applicable law. Digital products that have already been accessed or downloaded are generally final sale except where required by law or where Q10AI determines that a delivery error, corrupted file, duplicate charge, or materially incorrect item warrants a remedy.
Some Services use Shopify or other third-party platforms, models, libraries, standards, or integrations. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change independently of Q10AI.
Q10AI and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted to you. Product names, documentation, templates, code, diagrams, and other materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in writing. Q10AI does not warrant uninterrupted access, universal compatibility, production suitability, or a specific business or technical outcome. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, security, or operational changes. The current version will be posted on the store with its effective date.
