Truth First means Q tries to keep claims connected to evidence, uncertainty, provenance, dates, contradictions, and correction paths.

What changes

An AI answer is not treated as evidence merely because it is fluent or confident. Q asks what supports the claim, what conflicts with it, how fresh the source is, and what should happen when evidence is missing.

Public approach

• Separate facts, assumptions, scenarios, and generated suggestions.
• Keep source lineage and evidence visible.
• Preserve contradictions instead of averaging them away.
• Record corrections and version changes.
• Escalate consequential uncertainty to a person.
