Q10 is built around a different question: how do we increase useful capability without hiding uncertainty, transferring human authority, or making failure hard to reverse?
Q10 keeps claims connected to sources, uncertainty, contradictions, corrections and review dates. A polished answer is not treated as proof.
For systems that affect people, Q10 asks what happens to the person with the least power and the highest vulnerability. This does not mean every product is child-facing; it is a design stress test.
AI can advise, detect, simulate, coordinate and assist. Human decision and moral authority should not be silently transferred to the system.
Roles, permissions, stop conditions, source lineage, versions and corrections are treated as operational information rather than paperwork added later.
Q10 also asks about resource burden and long-term yield: whether the money, energy, computing, complexity and future consequences are proportionate to the value being created.
Where consequences matter, Q10 prefers bounded authority, rollback, human override and an exit path over irreversible automation.
