Humanitarian Q — AI Access in the Public Interest

Humanitarian Q is the public-interest path for crisis response, disability, low-resource settings, elders, children, caregivers, community organizations, and other contexts where AI access and governance should not depend only on purchasing power.

Free for everyone

Q’s public Discover and Learn layers, plain-language rights framework, selected checklists, and humanitarian learning resources are intended to remain accessible without requiring a paid package.

Humanitarian deployment review

Qualifying nonprofits, community groups, humanitarian teams, and public-interest projects may request reduced or waived Q licensing or assistance when scope, safety, support burden, third-party costs, and deployment conditions allow. No automatic discount percentage is promised.

Core protections

  • Human authority and escalation
  • Accessibility and low-connectivity paths
  • Privacy and data minimization
  • Evidence and provenance
  • Offline/recovery planning where needed
  • Child and vulnerable-person protections
