Q treats cryptography and blockchain as tools, not ideology. Use them where they materially improve integrity, provenance, signing, custody, auditability, or cross-party verification—and avoid them where a simpler database, signature, or access-control system is better.
Q does not promise investment returns, asset safety, legal compliance, or that blockchain automatically makes data truthful. A ledger can preserve bad data as efficiently as good data.
