Q RX — What Matters First?

Q RX is a prioritization and routing idea: when there are too many risks, tasks, documents, or possible next steps, identify what needs attention first and what must go to a human now.

Public questions

• What is consequential, time-sensitive, or irreversible?
• What evidence is missing?
• Which action is inside the AI’s authority and which is not?
• What dependency or failure could block everything else?
• What is the smallest safe next step?

Q RX is not medical prescribing and is not a substitute for qualified professional judgment in health, law, finance, engineering, or other regulated fields. Its role is triage, prioritization, and routing.
