How Q Builds — Public Process

Q’s public build process is designed to be understandable without exposing proprietary prompts, internal thresholds, unpublished schemas, weights, or protected implementation logic.

The simple version

  1. Discover: define the real problem and affected people.
  2. Evidence: gather sources and preserve provenance.
  3. Separate: distinguish facts, assumptions, scenarios, and unknowns.
  4. GLEAN: compare, corroborate, and surface contradictions.
  5. Explore: use LEAP/SUPRA or other lenses when uncertainty or second-order effects matter.
  6. Q RX: prioritize what matters now and where human review is required.
  7. TSLP: Test → Simulate → Learn → Patch.
  8. Human gate: accountable people approve consequential promotion or action.
  9. Package: version the artifact, evidence, legal snapshot, fulfillment manifest, and lifecycle record.

Q may repeat this loop many times. Passing one test does not automatically prove production readiness.
